Laura began her career with Rancho Santa Fe Insurance in 2001 and has always prided herself on exceptional customer service skills and enjoys being part of the team at Rancho Santa Fe Insurance. Laura specializes in finding the innovative and intelligent coverage solutions for high net worth clients who need more than conventional, mass-market insurance. Born and raised in Carlsbad, she enjoys the sun and sea and spending time with her husband and daughters.

Lisa began her insurance career as an agent’s assistant in June 1997. She joined the Rancho Santa Fe Insurance team in June 2001 and earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2005. Lisa particularly enjoys the customer service aspect of her position and prides herself on being thorough. After hours, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out at the gym and reading.

Brooke began her insurance career in 2005 and has been with Rancho Santa Fe Insurance since 2007. Prior to joining the Rancho Santa Fe team, Brooke received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of San Diego in 2005. Brooke received a soccer scholarship to the University where she helped her team to the NCAA tournament all 4 years. A native of the San Diego area, Brooke grew up in Poway and was very active with the Surf Soccer Club, winning 2 National Championship titles. She enjoys running, shopping and fishing. 

Stephanie joined the team at Rancho Santa Fe Insurance in 2008 after many years in the mortgage industry. Stephanie provides valuable back office support in order to provide prompt and efficient response to clients’ needs.

Nancy has been in the insurance business since 1991, originally working on specialized products such as environmental liability and livestock mortality insurance. Nancy joined Rancho Santa Fe Insurance in December 2000 and currently heads up the Fallbrook satellite office. She also manages the horse insurance product lines for RSF Insurance. In her off time, Nancy enjoys playing golf and various other outdoors activities

Janis began her career for the high net worth division of a large insurer in 1983. Janis joined Rancho Santa Fe Insurance and opened the Newport Beach Branch Office in 2007. Janis specializes in underwriting, contract analysis, loss mitigation and focuses on designing insurance programs that properly protect her client’s families and personal assets. Janis is a native of Dubuque, Iowa and graduated from The University of Iowa with degrees in Economics and Psychology. She has three young sons and enjoys golfing, tennis, skiing, cooking and playing billiards. 

Roger has recently joined the Rancho Santa Fe Insurance family with a focus on the beautiful desert communities of the Coachella Valley including Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and La Quinta. He is a 35-year Desert resident with a background in professional golf and a five-year career in the mortgage industry. Roger played college golf and graduated from Fresno State University eventually playing his way onto the PGA Tour’s Nike Tour a decade ago. Roger resides and plays golf in La Quinta, California.

Don began his insurance career in 1989 with Prudential after graduating from Revelle College at UCSD.  He became an Independent Broker in 1996 to better serve his clients.   He specializes in group and individual health, life, medicare supplements, long-term care and annuities.  Don joined O’Riordan & Associates in 1998 and shortly thereafter combined with Craig and the team at Rancho Santa Fe Insurance.  He is a Coastal North County native who enjoys golfing, surfing and most of all spending time with son Cameron and coaching his daughter Apryl’s soccer team.

Michael was born in Germany and spent his youthful years in Ireland coming to the United States in the late 1950’s and settling in the Fall River area of Massachusetts. He attended Castleton State College in Vermont and the University of Vermont.

He and his wife Carmen live in Del Mar. He has two children Andrew O’Riordan and Katelyn O’Riordan.

He has been in the insurance industry since 1983 and is President of his own firm O’Riordan & Associates. He works with some of the most influential clients in the country with net worth in the millions. Helping them to preserve their wealth.
